Thanks to all who turned up to support the young bands in action on the day.
The Bands in question were : Double Barrel, Alex Hodgson and Nick Cameron on Guitars
and Vocals. Bitch Fork : Mark Brunton Vocals, Tim Miles Bass, Ryan oDonnel and Deke
Cowe on Guitars. Drummer -
DJ Lightning AKA Sam Morton. New Idea : Stewart Sands Guitar and Vocals, Lewis Watson Bass and Ashley Gordon on Drums. Also appearing were Unplugged and No Way Back .

The Laymanites from Port Seton will be recording new material with Pansbands soon.
They have been holed up in the rehearsal rooms writing new material with recording commencing soon.

John Sneddon from `The Movers` arrived on our doorstep recently with this original composition tucked in his pocket. John`s now living in Richmond Virginia, USA, so we suspected some American influences would creep into his songwriting..... You make your own mind uo !!!

Congratulations to Musselburgh based band `The Steals` who one the 2010 Battle of the Bands competition.

Pans lad Tam Davis handed in this photo of him with a guy called Keith Richards. Keith played in a band, the name of which escapes us just now but we don`t think the band went very far.
