Our first CD launch party was held in Prestonpans Community Centre on Sunday 22nd April 2007 with all the bands featured on the CD playing a set :

Performing Dog, Vintage, Funkstar, The Movers and Spike Island gave it there all on the day.

It was the first time Performing Dog had performed together for around 20 years and you would never have know, sounding fresh as ever.

Bleary eyed Vintage were fresh from winning the battle of the bands competition the night before hence their silence backstage.. ...but certainly not silent on stage. Best of luck to them  on the  next heat.

Funkstar, first band on as usual, so they could get to the complementary buffet  before anybody else !!!!!

The Movers ripping out their old favourites and still managed to get a few headbangers on the floor.

3 piece Spike Island  at their best ..... loud and proud !!

There was also a few guest artists who decided to invite themselves onto the stage and help themselves to a few songs namely Tony Harris, Arthur Wilson and Jed Hanlon.

A great day was had by all as you can see from our pictures and of course, the obligatory Jam Session to finish things off............

Thanks to Prestoungrange Gothenburg for providing the refreshments, and to Jed, Billy, Sharon and all the musicians involved for making it day  to remember.
